What we store

• Your account: your email address, or your Apple ID sign-in if you use Sign in with Apple.
• What you enter in the app: your business details and logo, your price list, your clients (names, addresses, phone numbers and emails) and your invoices.
• Your subscription status and how many AI requests you have made, so we can apply plan limits.

How it is used

Your data is used only to run the app for you: syncing it between your devices, building your invoices and checking your plan. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to track you.

Services we use

• Google Firebase stores your account and app data.
• Netlify runs the server that checks your subscription and forwards AI requests.
• DeepSeek receives the text of AI quote requests, including your price list and the job you describe, to write the quote.
• Apple handles payments. We never see your card details.

Deleting your data

In the app, go to Business, then Account, then Delete account. This removes your account and everything stored with it from our servers. Cancel any subscription in your Apple ID settings.
